About Me
I am a nurse and work in a busy Day Surgery Center in the Chicago Suburbs and have raised three kids. With this kind of stressful life, relaxation is key. It wasn't until my first exposure to jewelry making, that I realized how relaxing it can be. The very first thing I learned to make was a SIMPLE beaded bracelet and I was hooked. I find the mixing of colors and designing very relaxing. That wasn't enough though, I needed to learn more. I took several wire wrapping classes and really enjoyed them and worked in wire for several years. I have since moved on to soldering and setting gemstones. I have always loved bright colors and flowers and my work tends to reflect that. I have a studio/WORKSPACE in my home where I make my jewelry.
If you'Re someone who likes unique jewelry, that is fun and wearable, my designs are for you! The main way I sell my jewelry is through outdoor art fairs in the mid west. I also have an Etsy SHOP; HOWEVER, inventory is limited and I have much more available when I am at a show. I am always willing to work with customers for custom designs or altering current pieces to fit you. I want you to love the jewelry as much as I enjoy creating it.
